摘要
With the advent of the knowledge economy era, enterprises will obtain competitive advantage mainly through knowledge. As an asset obtained by the new venture from its social relationship network, the external social capital of the new venture is of great significance for interpreting the knowledge acquisition of the new venture in the complex entrepreneurial environment. This study carries out empirical research in China's environmental entrepreneurial enterprise, takes resource advantage as the intermediary to explore the relationship between strong ties and bridge ties in social networks and knowledge acquisition, as well as the impact of the interaction between the two ties on knowledge acquisition of environmental entrepreneurial enterprise. The results show that: (1) strong ties are conducive to the knowledge acquisition of environmental entrepreneurial enterprises; (2) bridge ties are not conducive to the knowledge acquisition of environmental entrepreneurial enterprises; (3) The interaction of strong ties and bridge ties can promote the knowledge acquisition of environmental entrepreneurial enterprises.
