摘要
Intelligent valve positioner(IVP) is widely used in industrial control process as the control core of intelligent regulating valve. Valve position control algorithm is the core of accurate positioning of valve stem position and exact adjustment of valve opening. Smith fuzzy adaptive PID is proposed to solve problems of low control accuracy and long response time of IVP control system. In this paper, the mathematical model of IVP is established and simulation analysis is completed. It is concluded that the valve position control algorithm realizes the accurate control of valve position and meets control precision requirements of valve.
