摘要
In this paper, an analysis of elemental composition in surface layers of a cutting tool with a composite coating in the initial state and after annealing under pressure was carried out in order to observe the changes occurring in the test samples and determine the diffusion and structural phenomena. A decrease in the composition of tungsten in the substrate, related to the introduction of coating constituents in the surface layers of the tool was discovered. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd.
