摘要
There are many hazardous factors in the deep processing unit of residual oil, such as fire, explosion and poisoning. In this regard, this paper proposes the design of safety facilities with the purpose to prevent and control accidents and reduce and eliminate their impact. The design of safety facilities inherently improves the safety level of the combination unit for deep processing of residual oil.
