WCVSS is consistent with the positive development of the objectives and requirements about information war. WCVSS subverts the traditional passive investigation mode, in line with requirements of technology development and the latest needs of the social security precautions. It provides a direct investigation of sources of information, indicating the correct direction of the investigation, saving a lot of manpower and material resources
