摘要
Experimental results of induction electrification effectiveness assessment for water aerosol jet generated in two-phase flow supersonic atomizer are presented and discussed. Recorded U-I characteristics as well as Q/m parameter values are strongly dependant on water feed rate. In case of low feed rates (0,06 dm3/min) high Q/m values exceeding 20 mC/kg have been registered while for the case of nominal flow (0,75 dm3/min) very low electrification level has been attained (0,5-1 mC/kg), which is much lower than given by Raleigh limit, Paschen's curve or corona inception and it is resulting from a strong shielding effect (Electrification of aerosol particles by induction method using supersonic atomizing heads).
