摘要
B-doped TiO2 nanotubes (B/TiO2 NTs) were prepared by the combination of sol-gel process with hydrothermal treatment. The prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD, TEM and XPS. The photocatalytic activity of B/TiO2 NTs was evaluated through the photodegradation of aqueous methyl orange. The results demonstrated that the 1.5% B/TiO2 NTs calcined at 300 A degrees C possessed the best photocatalytic activity. Compared with pure TiO2 nanotubes, the doping with B significantly enhanced the photocatalytic efficiency.
