摘要
The multi-objective model based on Maximal net income and optimal quality of network planning is set up. Then, SA is used to advance GA to produce HGA. HGA improves the shortage of GA, and optimize the multi-objective model. It is proved that this algorithm provide a effective way to resolve the problem of network planning multi-objective optimization.
