摘要
Microwave response of individual multiwall carbon nanotubes was studied at low temperatures. With the irradiation of 75-94 GHz microwave, the slope of DC current-voltage characteristics change significantly, giving rise to enhanced linear-response conductance. The microwave power dependence of the linear conductance can be explained in terms of the photon-assisted transport. We have also observed some anomalous dip of the conductance at low microwave power.
