摘要：
The Paper presents the analysis of an unstable traffic flow in a dynamic system, in case of Kaunas City, by applying the BL model. Correlation between the speed of moving vehicles and the speed range correlation of moving vehicles have been determined. Dependence of the average traffic speed and traffic flow, dependence of traffic flow and density of traffic flow, as well as the average traffic speed have been evaluated in case of intense and continuous traffic within the system.
