摘要
In order to win in the competition, many enterprises adopt supply chain model to participate in market competition. Good coordination and cooperation between supply chain partners is the guarantee of enterprise to win in the competition. Benefit brought about by supply chain cooperation is taken seriously gradually. But how to choose a good supply chain strategy partner is an important issue facing enterprises. This paper analyzes the assessment factors to select supply chain partners and uses gray matter-element method to study the choice problem of enterprise supply chain partners. A calculation is made to describe the gray matter-element analysis method application in partner selection.
