摘要
In accordance with the connotation of harmonious labor relationship, in this paper, it will be divided into 3 sub-objectives including labor contract for laborers and income security, labor protection and social security, democratic and cultural rights and interests security for laborers, and one evaluation index system is created consisted of 4 levels and 37 indicators; in this paper, one set of comprehensive evaluation methods for harmonies of labor relationship in enterprise with the analytic hierarchy process for determination of the weight of indicators, the point method for determination of quantized value of indicators, and the linearity weighting function for calculation of comprehensive evaluation results.
