摘要：
New polyketide peroxides 2-4, isolated from an Okinawan sponge Plakortis sp., have been fully characterized by spectroscopic: and chemical methods. The absolute stereochemistries have been determined by analysis of MTPA esters of the acyclic derivatives. Compound 2 was cytotoxic against human epidermoid carcinoma KB and murine lymphoma L1210 cells. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
