摘要
The automatic and flexible service implementation is requested to satisfy service configuration fast, automatically, flexibly, and extensibly in next generation internet environment. This paper proposes service implementation based on semantic Web in next generation internet environment. The service implementation management is analyzed. The service implementation based on semantic Web is designed and implemented. Policy described by XML combing with OWL-S plays important role in the service implementation based on semantic Web because its flexibility and extensibility. The service implementation process is analyzed and described based on OWL-S.
