摘要
The review describes the possibilities and prospects of applying modern immunosensors for a highly sensitive detection of the most widespread pesticides in vegetables and fruits, as well as in environmental objects, which may be the sources of plant products pollution. Brief information about pesticides most frequently used for vegetable and fruit cultivations and about the maximum permissible residues of pesticides in vegetables and fruits is given. The prospects of using sensors of different natures for the analysis of vegetables and fruits are shown. It is shown that the development and application of immunosensor systems in analyses will promote the obtaining of fast and high-quality information on the safety of vegetables and fruits.
