摘要：
A new diphenylethylene (1), gramistilbenoid L was isolated from Arundina graminifolia. Its structure was elucidated by spectroscopic methods including extensive D-1- and D-2 NMR techniques. Compound 1 was evaluated for its cytotoxicity against five human tumor cell lines and it showed potent cytotoxicity against PC3 and SHSY5Y cells with IC50 values of 5.5 and 3.6 mu M, respectively.
