摘要：

The paper screens the indicators based on the target pre-selected indicators of DEA model to establish the evaluation model. The Technology Business Incubator (TBI) performance in Guangdong Province in 2006 of DMUS with multiple inputs and outputs was constructed. And then the paper analyzes their overall efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency, pointing out that TBI in Guangdong Province overall performance is on the low side and the technology invalid is the main reason for poor performance. By calculating the shadow price of input-output analysis of various inputs for decision-making unit of scarcity, come to raise the quality of scientific and technical personnel could significantly contribute to the high technology business incubators to enhance the efficiency of the conclusions. It provides a more objective and effective method for the TBI performance evaluation.
