摘要：
This paper focuses on the impact of the RMB exchange rate on China's domestic inflation. Estimation results from the AS model and the VAR analysis show that exchange rate regime shifts can change inflation persistence and exchange rate shocks have significant and long term effect on price fluctuations. And we advocate greater attention on RMB exchange rate stability, a framework of inflation targeting for monetary policy, as well as a risk precaution mechanism of the interaction of the RMB exchange rate and domestic inflation.
