摘要
A method of estimating the mean direction of arrival of ultra-low-frequency waves is described, which has the useful feature that no prior knowledge of either the wave speed or the wavelength is required. It could also be applied to the magnetometer signals from spinning satellites. The technique is described here together with an analysis of the integrated signals from two SAMNET(1) ground magnetometers.
