摘要
Urgency to improve probabilistic safety and sustainability assessment of steel structures by means of partial factors is analysed. Static and dynamic performance function models for calculation of instantaneous and long-term safety indexes of steel structure are presented. The numerical safety analysis is given to illustrate the presented design models, EC1 and EC3 methods, their adequacy and discordances. Peculiarities of safety and sustainability assessment results are discussed.
