摘要
In China, the water resources are in short supply, especially in North China. How to effectively develop and utilize water resources and effectively raise the utilization efficiency of water resources is an eternal subject to be talked. In this paper, one kind of simple and effective water saving bag technology is introduced to everybody, with which effectively saving water resources is hoped through its popularization and use. According to the requirements of different users, the capacity of water - saving bag can be chosen from some kilograms to several tons with very simple structure and constitution. If this technology can be used and popularized, obvious water - saving efficiency and great water saving potential can be achieved.
