Analysis of The Development of Housing Industrialization Based on System Dynamics

The development of housing industrialization in China has just started and it is still in the initial stage. The development of the housing industrialization has encountered great resistance and failed to form a complete industrial chain because of the lack of relevant standards of domestic industrialization and system. The housing industrialization can improve the quality and performance of the residential effectively and greatly shorten the construction period. The cost will be greatly reduced because of the scale effect. The research object is the housing industrialization. The housing market, city economy, various elements of city population and the development of the housing industrialization will be integrated as a whole system. This study establishes the development strategy of housing industrialization system dynamics model. This paper has contributed in the establishment of SD model in housing industrialization and this simulation model provides support for the development strategy of housing industry, which is benefit for the development of housing industrialization and provides help for the development of housing industrialization even the whole construction industry.
