摘要：

This paper shows an experience developed in an institution of higher education related to the insertion of university students in a research project in the development of organizational competencies, linked to organizational behavior and its improvement, contributing to entrepreneurship in SMEs marketing dairy products in the province of Manabi Ecuador; which aimed to check the level of incidence of such participation in the motivation of students in the career of business administration, for this the Iadov test was used and it was demonstrated with the same increase in the index of group satisfaction in the participating groups. This project manages to link several subjects of the curriculum and the creation of new knowledge that contribute to the development of this field of knowledge, this practice is useful for the improvement of future research projects in university institutions with similar characteristics.
