摘要：
Extracts of the leaves of Duranta repens LINN. were found to contain two new iridoids, durantoside IV and durantoside V together with several known compounds, oleanolic acid, ursolic acid, (E)-cinnamic acid, beta-sitosteryl-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, (E)-p-methoxycinnamic acid, KNO3, KCl, kusaginin, glucose, durantoside I, and durantoside II. Their structures was elucidated on the basis of spectral and chemical evidence. The absolute configuration of durantoside was determined by using the benzoate rule.
