Analysis on Anti-dumping Policy Influence on Enterprises' Management Innovation Behavior

It is the main aim of antidumping policy to restraint the dumping of the foreign products and make up the injury that the domestic firms have suffered from. Therefore, the execution of antidumping policy will affect the management behavior of concerning industries. This paper studied the influence of antidumping policy on the concerning firms' management innovation behavior. The course of antidumping policy affecting the firms' management innovation behavior is analyzed by constructing and revising MO model. Finally, the paper comes to corresponding conclusion, which provides the theoretical basis for the execution of antidumping policy.
