The study of stress-strain reconstruction method based on EMD

摘要
In the actual project, we need to get the stress of a point, but it cannot be measured directly by installing strain gauge. In this paper, the research of resistance strain gauge theory measuring strain will be carried, and the calculation formula is derived. Stress reconstruction method based on empirical mode decomposition will decompose the stress-strain into intrinsic mode function. Using the transformation equation, we can transforming it into the mode of unmeasured point, and then we get the stress-strain by modal superposition. Combined with the finite element model of aluminum alloy cantilever beam, the feasibility of the method is verified through numerical simulation.
