摘要
Inclusion complexes of Triton X-100 (TX-100) with alpha-, beta- and gamma-cyclodextrins (alpha-, beta-and gamma-CD) in water were investigated by the surface tension method, circular dichroism,H-1 NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometry. The complexes of TX-100 with all three CDs were prepared, and the stoichiometries of complexes were found to be 1:2 (TX-100/alpha-CD), 1:2 (TX-100/beta-CD) and 1:1 (TX-100/gamma-CD). Furthermore, it was shown that the hydrophilic moiety of TX-100 penetrates to the cavity of alpha-CD, whereas the hydrophobic moiety of TX-100 penetrates to the cavities of beta-CD and gamma-CD.
