With the rapidly development of computer and network technology, application of web-based learning and education management attention has been paid. To encourage open-source soft-ware into the fields of education, is the focus of current research on education technology. Atutor is an excellent Open-source E-learning Management Platform. Carriing on the detailed explanation of building an Online Course Management Platform, and taking the curriculum case of "buoyancy research" in physics of secondary school, to describe and discusse of Atutor's major role in the field of present education. At last, provide another good case study of the Open-source soft-ware in Chinese Educational Informationization besides Moodle.
