摘要：

By developing and increasing the application and use of Information Technology (IT), both hardware and software, the way of life and habits of people and societies using these technologies changes. In the face of this IT development and changes in society that you have with you, standards that regulate the use and development of such technologies must be created and changed. In everyday life, we are asked to identify with PINs, passwords, personal documents, and more recently with biometric data. This paper provides an overview of organizations responsible for development of biometric standards and the biometrics standards that have been developed.
