Shubnikov-de Haas oscillation with unusual angle dependence in the organic superconductor K-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu2(CN)3

摘要
The Shubnikov-de Haas measurement of the organic superconductor kappa-(BEDT-TTF)(2)Cu-2(CN)(3) yields a rapid oscillation originating from the calculated two-dimensional Fermi surface. In addition, a slow oscillation corresponding to 3.0% of the first Brillouin zone area was observed for a field applied perpendicular to the conducting plane. This oscillation shows an anomalous angle dependence on the magnetic field and corresponds to a three-dimensional Fermi surface rather than a two-dimensional one.
