摘要：
As the prevalence of the hepatitis B is 16% in Mayotte, a prevalence of 48% of pre C virus was found among a group of 30 patients suffering from chronic B hepatitis. Such result is similar to the preliminary ones in Madagascar, suggesting the role of inter-islands population moves. It also raises the issue of the treatment of the hepatitis B pre C virus usual complications.
