摘要
With the government fighting corruption worldwide. It is costly and difficult struggle, and not immediate results. To maintain and develop democracy and the functioning of market mechanisms is necessary. The Czech Republic was attempted bribery of public entities qualify as a crime deserving the most severe sentences already in the Premyslovci. Remarkable, however, that despite this fact, the corruption in the Czech Republic always well managed. This paradox is, to some extent the result of the fact that the Czech Republic remain high long-term effectiveness of corrupt activity is the gain from corruption highly outweigh its risks. While the requirement of reliability as a key principle of successful operation of businesses and public administration in particular, was implemented into the legal form was during the First Republic. The present article deals with the anti-corruption policy in the Czech Republic in terms of its formation, evolution, current status and potential perspectives. Analyzed is the past twenty years, when building an effective anti-corruption policy in the Czech Republic is an integral component of wider processes of democratization of Czech society.
