摘要：

In this research we analyze the strategies used by a sample of 414 psychology students to analyze the association between a dichotomous and another ordinal variable in a contingency table. Strategies are classified by expanding the level proposed by Perez Echeverria (1990). Results are compared with those by Estepa (1993) in a similar item and semiotic conflicts are studied.
