摘要
The cooperative relationship between the enterprises has provided the cooperative partners with the opportunity and the platform to learn each other. The enterprise involved into cooperation can accumulate knowledge that is necessary to compete in the market, but the learning effects are different among the partners. Asymmetry of the learning effect will affect the advantage and status of the enterprise in and out the cooperative relationship. The learning intention, the learning probability and learning capability of the enterprise are the crucial factors that affect the learning result in the cooperative relationship. Enterprises can take some measures to improve the organizational learning effect on this basis, including making the capability improvement as learning aim, make choice between defensive and cooperative behavior, improving the management of the interface, and strengthening the absorptive capacity.
