摘要
Workers from local authorities over the years have been one of the groups in our society most affected by deteriorating working conditions. One of the main objectives of this work is to show the importance of the proximity of the OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) technicians with the municipal workers, being of high importance the psychosocial risks exposure evaluation and therefore must be carried out regularly in order to perceive the psychological and social change that may be affecting the physical and mental well-being of workers. From the results obtained in the sample studied, it was observed that there is a moderate level of psychosocial risk, but there are serious situations that must be resolved immediately. There is a lack of knowledge of the existence of OSH services and little information on risk assessment. The lack of participation of workers and lack of a code of conduct and internal procedures to deal with situations of harassment, discrimination and violence at work were other problems identified. To address the problems encountered, intervention measures were proposed.
