Research on Optimizing Water Resources Usage in Shijiazhuang Area

Water resource is basic natural and strategic economic resource. The core of water resource optimization is to raise the efficiency of using water which ensures the sustainable development of economic society by sustainable use of water. This thesis settles Shijiazhuang city as research target establishes water resource input-output chart of Shijiazhuang, analyzes water consuming structure and features of three strata of industry in Shijiazhuang. The thesis also establishes a comprehensive model by combining input-output method and linear programming method. They come to the project of water resource optimization in Shijiazhuang.
