The Role Female Set in Leisure Sports

In the expectation of traditional gender roles, women play "the non-participants" role in leisure sports for a long time. They are "supporters" of male sports. Along with the development of the women's movement, in the male-dominated society, women's position in the gender role structure causes restrictive participation in leisure sports. The awakening of female consciousness and the role of free chooser by all means becomes the future for female exercise as the recreation of the main role. The article which explores women in leisure sports sprang out of the change of the role in order to better promote their health of body and mind and greater autonomy of life by means of logical analysis and statistics presenting methods.
