摘要：
This article examines the formation and development of the new, practical area of "organizational linguistics" in domestic science and abroad. It proposes the main conceptual apparatus of this new area: the interrelated terms of "organizational culture", "organizational communication", "organizational discourse"; and the methods of organizational linguistics are enumerated.
