The Reform and Innovation of Wushu Teaching from the Perspective of Traditional Culture

Free combat is a competition that in accordance with certain rules, people win another people by kicking, playing, wrestling and other methods. It is a kind of martial arts project and has gradually become a favorite sport among teenagers. With the continuous development of free combat, various types of free combat team have been held. On account of this, plenty of free combat team has been set up all over the country. Therefore, the training of young people is particularly important. However, due to their physiological and psychological particularity, teenagers may have various problems in the course of teaching. In this paper, the author puts forward their own suggestions on some problems in teenagers. Besides, the author hopes to exchange and explore with his colleagues to make his own contribution to the teaching of free combat.
