摘要
The paper deals with the use of digital image processing in traffic situation analysis. In view of visual pattern recognition is usually to detect of traffic signs or the traffic participants. The paper presents an image pre-processing method based on edge detector such as the Hough transform. This type of transform is useful in the recognition in the form of straight lines or circular. In the experimental section is shown a way of this type transform using for the identification of lanes during car driving. The methods and algorithms used by lines recognition were implemented in program environment Matlab.
