摘要
Teachers' professional development in higher vocational colleges is a primary condition for students' development, as well as a significant guarantee for the development of higher vocational education. It has been discovered in studied that higher vocational teachers attach great importance to their teaching practice ability and professional practice ability, and desire to be promoted. Comparatively speaking, the growth approaches of higher vocational teachers' teaching practice ability remain to be further studied.
