摘要
Armed forces functioning in contemporary conditions require effective and efficient logistic support. Both during the implementation of tasks in garrisons as well as during peace support operations or a crisis response operation, forces must be supplied at the right time with materiel in the right quantity and quality and at the right price. Modern military supply chains consist of many elements, both military and civil, implementing logistic processes to meet the needs of the forces and provide them conditions for their tasks. The article, based on performed researches has identified the specifics of military supply chains and characterized the key dimensions of their effectiveness. On the basis of the conducted research categorization and priorities of effectiveness in the military logistic system were determined.
