New robust controller design approach to delay uncertainty

摘要
For the effects that the network transmission delays have on the performance of networked control systems (NCSs), a new robust controller design approach to delay uncertainty is presented. The designed robust controller is used to eliminate negative impact of the stochastic delay to systems, and unpredictable disturbance signals is preserved. Simulation results show that the proposed method can guarantee the stability of systems in the case of time-delay and disturbance and enhance the robustness of systems effectively.
