摘要：
This paper attempts to make foreign direct investment (FDI) into analysis of open macroeconomic equilibrium, tries to study the relations of balanced growth between FDI and national economy. Results shaw that FDI's flow-in and flow-out are correlated with domestic aggregate need and supply, net exports, domestic money supply, exchange reserve, domestic interest, exchange rate.
