REMOTE EDUCATION AND STUDENT ASSISTANCE IN BRAZILIAN FEDERAL UNIVERSITIES: THE PANDEMIC CONTEXT

摘要
The use of remotely teaching under the currently pandemic scenario, has imposed on teachers, several changes in their planning and pedagogical practice. In addition, this scenario also challenges the sectors responsible for university management, especially those responsible for coordinating and monitoring undergraduate, as well as student assistance policies. So, the present study proposes an analisys about how the 69 Brazilian federal universities has conducted their activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The survey carried out the electronic datas from each institutions, and an overview was reach to present how they conducted the academics activities under the restrictions imposed by the pandemic scenario, and how long the class would be restarted. It is a qualitative and descriptive research, the documentary data were collected in the public domain, from the access to the institutions website. The research emphasises the different strategies for restanting the classes, and the digital inclusion for students.
