摘要
In recent years, with the natural problems such as the primary energy shortage and Greenhouse Effect becoming more and more serious, many countries have put forward Carbon-Neutral plans to gradually use the wind and light this kind of clean energy to generate electricity. First, this paper constructs a new renewable hybrid energy power system, which is composed of wind turbine (WT), photovoltaic (PV), electric energy storage, hydrogen energy storage, electrolytic cell and hydrogen gas turbine (HGT). Secondly, the scheduling strategy considering the demand response (DR) is studied. In the economic evaluation, according to the typical and extreme situations of new energy power generation caused by weather factors, three scenarios are constructed for research. In the simulation analysis part, the YALMIP solver is used to call CPLEX based on MATLAB platform to solve the objective, and the optimal solution in the scheduling cycle is obtained. The results show that the scheduling strategy proposed in this paper can save 22.8% of the operating cost under the same conditions. In the evaluation of renewable energy efficiency, a new scenario is constructed, and the result is still ideal.
