Stability of the Spin-Charge Composite Order Phase in an Extended Kondo Lattice Model with General Band Filling

摘要
The phase diagram of an extended Kondo lattice model for SmRu(4)P(12 )is investigated in the variation of the conduction-electron density within the mean-field approximation. It is found that the antiferromagnetic insulating phase at half lilling becomes unstable for hole doping and replaced by a novel spin charge composite order phase in a low- and intermediate-doping region. The stability mechanism of the phases is discussed in view of unconventional spin-dependent quasiparticle states in the composite phase. The relevances of the theory to the ordered phases in SmRu4P12 and other Ce and Sm compounds are discussed.
