摘要：
The article addresses cooperation and business relationships in the supply chain between logistics centres and courier companies using the CL offer. It presents a model of functioning of courier companies in logistics centres, a model of providing courier services with the use of infrastructure, IT systems, modern technologies and coordinators of logistics processes offered by logistics centres. The analysis concerns the impact of IT systems offered by logistics centres on the execution of courier services and business relationships in the supply chain.
