摘要：
This case report describes a patient undergoing patent foramen ovale (PFO) closure for recurrent transient ischemic attacks. A CardioSEAL device was placed, but immediately prolapsed into the left atrium in an unstable position. We describe a novel percutaneous technique that allowed capture of the CardioSEAL device and closure of the PFO. (c) 2007 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
