摘要
With the rapid development of wireless communication and measurement technology,W band (75GHz-110GHz) has attracted more and more attention. Among the millimeter wave devices in the W band, low-noise and high-gain waveguide amplifiers are of great importance and are widely used. In this paper, a W-band waveguide low-noise amplifier based on fin line and microstrip to coplanar waveguide structure is designed. Its gain is above 44dB and flatness is below +/- 2.5dB.
